I love this recipe because it is so good on top of Jasmine rice or Banh Mi(Vietnamese sandwich) and also I can make with pork, it works perfectly as well! If you are a vegetarian, no worries, you can make this with fried tofu! Superb!!!

Lemongrass Chicken Ingredients
Serves 2
4 Chicken thighs, boneless, skin on (Approximately 1 lb.)
1/2 Stalk of lemongrass (using only bottom white part, approximately 2 1/2 Tbs.)
4 Cloves garlic
2 Thai chili
1 Shallot
2 Tbs. cooking oil
For the Sauce
2 Tbs. Fish sauce
2 Tbs. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
To Serve with
Cilantro leaves
Warm cooked Jasmine rice
Cucumber slices

Tamagoyaki is a type of Japanese omelette, which is made by rolling together several layers of cooked egg. These usually are prepared in a rectangular omelette pan called a makiyakinabe.
There are several types of tamagoyaki. It is made by combining eggs, and sometimes sugar or soy sauce. Additionally, sake and mirin are used in some recipes.
Tamagoyaki is served around the world in the form of nigiri, and also appears in many types of sushi rolls. In Japan, it is also served as a breakfast dish and in other preparations. As part of a sushi/sashimi dinner tamago is usually taken as the final course, in essence a dessert bite.
In Japanese, it’s 卵焼き or 玉子焼き, literally \”grilled egg\”, also called tamago or dashimaki (Dashimaki Tamago ダシ巻き玉子焼).

Pad Krapow or Spicy Thai Holy Basil Chicken / Porc is a local favourite in Thailand. It’s served everywhere in the country and can be eaten as a meal or a snack. I got this original recipe from the famous Krapao for Hot Spicy Lovers restaurant in Chiang Mai.
The real Pad Gra Prow Gai (Chicken) or Porc (Moo) uses Holy Basil (Krapao) instead of Thai Basil (Bai Horapha). In the video we’ll explore how these two are \”same same but different.\”
Often served with a crispedged fried egg (Khai Dao) on soft jasmine rice, this dish has every flavour and texture profile you can think of. It’s fast to make and a true pleasure to cook.

Thai Spicy Basil Pork (Pad Horapa/Krapao Moo Kai Dao) – COOKBANG + MUKBANG

A dish that is very uniquely Thai and deeply embedded within the memories of anyone who has travelled to Thailand, pad horapa or pad grapow is a simple yet delicious meal. This dish is served everywhere in Thailand, on the streets in small carts and side stalls all the way to the highest ends of the restaurants and hotels. No matter where you find this dish, it will always have that supreme balance of spicy, salty, sweet and umami.
Here is the recipe for a serving of 34 people:
1lb ground pork, chicken or beef
1/2c yardlong beans
1/2c chicken stock
34 eggs (1 egg per serving)
1/2c Thai sweet or holy basil
1/2 cup red onion or shallot
3TB garlic and chili pepper mix(pounded in mortar and pestle or minced):
610 cloves garlic
510 Thai chili peppers
Seasoning sauce:
2TB fish sauce
2TB oyster sauce
2tsp light soy sauce
2tsp sugar
